Further sanctions against North Korea ‘raised to new level’: Nikki Haley

U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley announced new sanctions against North Korea in the wake of further ballistic missile testing saying the sanctions have been “raised to a new level” on Saturday.
