Rachel Notley on delaying marijuana legalization in Canada

After discussions with premiers during the Council of the Federation, Alberta Premier Rachel Notley said on Wednesday premiers across Canada have agreed to work collaboratively to better understand the implications of legalizing marijuana and to share best practices.
