Four years ago, Calgary’s mayor declared the third Saturday in June “Neighbour Day.” It’s meant to honor the sense of community and support on display when historic flood waters hit the city in 2013. Neighbourhoods across Calgary celebrated Saturday and in Sunalta, the meaning of the day really shined through. Jenna Freeman reports.
