Montreal light-rail project gets a boost from federal government

Nearly a year and half since Montreal’s light- rail train was proposed, the federal government is committing nearly 1.3 billion dollars to the project. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau made the announcement Thursday morning in downtown Montreal. Felicia Parrillo reports.
