Southern Alberta expected to have ‘great year’ in tourism

It’s tourism week in Canada, and while you might not think of Southern Alberta being a ‘destination’, the industry is important to the region. According to the ‘destination management plan’, in 2013 Southern Alberta generated 734 million dollars and over ten thousand jobs from the industry.
