Military, government face anger from flooded out Quebec residents

As the floodwaters rise, so is the anger in Gatineau, Quebec, where residents are wondering why the military isn’t helping. Many people are still fighting to save their homes, all on their own. As Mike Le Couteur reports, politicians are facing questions over why it took so long to call in the military.
