Colleague of man pulled off United flight shocked this happened to his friend

Three days after a video showing a passenger being dragged off a full United Express flight by airport police went viral, his community is still shocked. Dr. Ijaz Mahmood, a colleague and friend of the man in the video, later identified as physician David Dao, 69, of Elizabethtown, Kentucky, says he still can’t believe this happened to his friend.
