April Food’s Day sorting

On April 1st the second annual April Food’s Day event raised over 20,000 lbs for food banks across the GTA. Global News viewers and Corus Radio listeners kindly donated food at Longo’s locations across city. Today Alan Carter and Farah Nasser were at the Daily Bread Food Bank, joined by staff from both Corus Entertainment and Longo’s, to help sort the thousands upon thousands of donated items.
