Seeping groundwater floods West Kelowna properties

The flooding is obvious but where all the water is coming from is something of a mystery. A steady seepage of ground water is saturating some residential properties in a West Kelowna neighbourhood. Homeowners have had to take costly measures to try to deal with the groundwater and the city is also taking action.
