The U.S. Coast Guard says it is offloading a large amount of cocaine seized in international waters. The service said Tuesday that authorities seized 16 tons of cocaine valued at 420 million dollars. Captain Mark Fedor said authorities also took into custody 30 smugglers who have been turned over to various U.S. Attorney offices for potential prosecution.
