Earlier this month, raids on the Cannabis Culture dispensaries left Marc Emery and his wife Jodie Emery with multiple charges, forcing them to pull all stores out of Toronto. However, Emery is confident that those charges will be dropped July 1st, 2018 when marijuana is set to be legalized across Canada.
