Road capacity insufficient to safely handle more traffic?

It will put the public at risk. That’s the concern in a West Kelowna neighbourhood about the possible opening of two dead-end roads. The city is considering removing barriers in anticipation of increased traffic from new residential development. Opponents say the two roads are in no shape to safely handle more vehicles.
