‘Can you hear me?’ telephone scam pops up in B.C.

Mon, Feb 6: The so-called “Can you hear me?” scam started in the U.S. and is now rearing its ugly head in B.C. The scam normally targets businesses, but consumers are also getting the calls. Anne Drewa has the details.
