Tory says province has ‘severely impacted’ city by denying road tolls

Toronto Mayor John Tory said municipalities continue to be undervalued by the province of Ontario by asking permission to “adequately take care of its own residents.” Tory’s comments come after Premier Kathleen Wynne denied road tolls in the Greater Toronto Area.
