Should Canada’s pilots be subjected to random drug and alcohol testing?

It may surprise you that pilots flying in Canada are not required to undergo random drug and alcohol tests. It’s an issue that came up after a Sunwing pilot was arrested after allegedly passing out drunk in the cockpit. Vassy Kapelos has more on why this isn’t mandatory yet.
