Trump’s dismissal of Russian hacking allegations puts him at odds with U.S. intelligence community

President-elect Donald Trump is looking to restructure the entire intelligence community. Mr. Trump is considering downsizing the office of the director of national intelligence and even leaving the top spy post in the U.S. vacant. The nation’s current national intelligence director James Clapper is set to appear on Capitol Hill today in a hearing on Russian hacking to influence the 2016 election.
