Sicamous residents came out with donations and high spirits Wednesday night to see the CP Holiday Train, a Christmas tradition that rolls across the Canada.
In the last 17 years, the CP Holiday Train has raised more than $12 million and collected four million pounds of food for charities across the country.
This year, a $5,500 donation was made to the Eagle Valley Food Bank in Sicamous.
The CP Holiday Train continues its journey to the coast, with a final stop in Port Coquitlam Saturday, Dec. 17.
