A witness sent Global News video of Kelowna RCMP arresting an alleged drunk driver Dec. 2 in the parking lot of the Harvey Avenue McDonalds.
RCMP say the man was found intoxicated behind the wheel and was taken into custody.
When the man refused to get in the back seat of the police cruiser, the officer repeatedly told the man he should comply or be tasered.
