Fri, Nov 4: Bombardier was supposed to deliver a pilot vehicle for the Eglinton Crosstown by now and has failed to deliver. So, Metrolinx has sent a legal warning that it could cancel its contract with the Canadian manufacturer. Mark McAllister reports.
