There’s a beer battle brewing over a new Alberta tax. One Saskatchewan brewery says it’s unconstitutional, and filed a lawsuit this week to have it struck down. But Alberta breweries say it’s only bringing the province in line with the rest of Canada. Reid Fiest reports.
