A small plane crash into a populated area in East Hartford, Connecticut on Tuesday has been deemed “intentional.” The student pilot was killed while the instructor was able to exit the plane after the crash. The instructor told investigators there was a struggle for the controls. The FBI will be handling the investigation, but have ruled out terrorism. Chris Clackum reports.
