Luxury marina to open in Victoria’s inner harbour

Visitors to Victoria’s inner harbour will soon be able to get a closer look at how the other half lives when a luxury marina opens for business. The minimum yacht size is 20 meters and as Kylie Stanton reports, even though the owners say the marina will inject millions into the local economy, not everyone is on board.
