Mon, Oct 3: As Montreal’s pit bull ban came into effect Monday, lawyers for the Montreal SPCA were in court requesting an injunction. As Tim Sargeant reports, the presiding judge temporarily suspended the bylaw, pending a final decision Wednesday.
