Making a Tomato Tart ahead of ‘Thanks for Giving’ campaign

Mon, Oct 3: Often when we think of tarts, berries and other stone fruits come to mind. Bur Joe Fortes Executive Chef Wayne Sych is thinking outside of the box with a delicious tomato and cheese tart.
