City of Toronto targeting 10 intersections to reduce traffic congestion

Mon, Sep 26: Some of the ten worst intersections in the city will see 15 additional seconds during green lights, a move staff says will let around five more cars through the intersection. The change is one part of a larger plan to reduce gridlock during rush hours. Peter Kim reports.
