In October 2012, a minivan smashed into a St. Paul school, killing 11-year-old Megan Wolitski. The driver of the vehicle suffered a seizure prior to the collision. On Wednesday, the girl’s parents were given a unique opportunity to question the events surrounding the fatal collision. Quinn Ohler reports.
