Donald Trump is expected to visit Flint, Michigan on Wednesday, a predominately African-American, Democratic town at the center of a water contamination crisis. Trump’s outreach to minority voters there comes just a day after the he unveiled plans to expand child care benefits for parents in an effort to win over female voters. Hena Daniels reports.
