Police respond to house explosion in south Edmonton

Police officers and fire crews were called to a south Edmonton home Tuesday evening for reports of “a house explosion.” Police said two people inside the home were rushed to hospital and that an investigation into what caused the blast was ongoing. Insp. Gary Godziuk with the Edmonton Police Service spoke with reporters at the scene.
