Thu, Aug 25: Residents of Windsor, Ont. got no warning about a possible tornado before the twister touchdown on Wednesday. As Sean O’Shea reports, Environment Canada says it had no indication a particular storm cell would turn into something more destructive so it didn’t issue any warning to residents.
