The BC SPCA needs the public's help identifying two people who discard a dead dog in a dumpster July 26 on 68 Schooner Street in Coquitlam. Necropsy results show the young female boxer cross died from extreme heat exposure before being dumped. Note: This video has been sped up from its original source.
