Tue, Aug 23: The City of Toronto’s rules governing private transportation companies like Uber came into effect July 15. One of the requirements involves displaying a sticker on the rear passenger side window while carrying passengers. Peter Kim reports on how some drivers don’t appear to be following the rules.
