New car but no AC for Nissan owner

Mon, Aug 15: Helene Tissplat bought a new 2015 Nissan Rogue last fall and had air conditioning problems from the beginning. This year, her car’s been at the dealership nine times. As Sean O’Shea reports, she says the car is a lemon and she wants it replaced.
