Emirates CEO Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al-Maktoum confirmed that the Boeing 777 that crashed Wednesday at Dubai’s international airport was piloted by a captain with over 7,000 hours in the sky. The 777 model is one of the workhorses of Emirates fleet.
