A state of emergency declared in Yorkton area after 2 tornadoes cause severe damage

Tue, Aug 2: Conditions were perfect for severe weather in southern Saskatchewan Sunday afternoon, and just after 4 o’clock that day a tornado risk became real for one family whose house was destroyed by a twister. Peter Quinlan reports.
