CCTV video captures man throwing suspicious package into NYPD patrol car

A man driving through Times Square in the early hours of July 21 threw a suspicious object into the open window of a parked police vehicle containing officers. According to police, the NYPD bomb squad was called to investigate and the area was cleared.
