July 20, 2016
New numbers today show that Regina posted the highest rate of homicide last year across 33 major Canadian cities. While crime rates continue to climb in the Queen City, the Centre for Justice says there is a silver lining. David Baxter has more on how the crime rate has been changing over the last decade.
