The worst news was confirmed Thursday, as the body of 5-year-old Taliyah Marsman was found in a rural area east of Calgary. Edward Delten Downey, 46, has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder in connection with the deaths of the little girl and her mother. Reid Fiest has more.
