TransCanada takes next step to get $15 billion for Keystone XL rejection

Sun, Jun 26: TransCanada is taking the U.S. government to task over its rejection of the Keystone XL pipeline. The Calgary-based company is seeking compensation under the North American Free Trade Agreement.
