Thu, Jun 2: The number of Richardson’s ground squirrels are dwindling. They are infesting a popular downtown spot known as gopher hill. While bystanders may enjoy watching the little creatures in their habitat they are destructive. But someone is taking the rodent problem into their own hands. As Jill Croteau reports,the city, the Calgary Humane Society and the police are working together on the case.
