Tue, May 17: The first session of the 28th Legislative Assembly began Tuesday with the throne speech. The government outlined their goals, and kept close to election promises, adding $70 million over the next three years to highway maintenance and advocating for Saskatchewan's resource sector. Our premier also promised "transformational change" and David Baxter has more on what that means.
