Less than two hours after the province announced where Fort McMurray wildfire evacuees could pick up pre-loaded debit cards, massive line ups formed outside distribution centres. Global's Julia Wong visited the Butterdome on the University of Alberta campus in Edmonton where a massive line had formed and was only getting bigger.

Less than two hours after the province announced where Fort McMurray wildfire evacuees could pick up pre-loaded debit cards, massive line ups formed outside distribution centres. Global's Julia Wong visited the Butterdome on the University of Alberta campus in Edmonton where a massive line had formed and was only getting bigger.
