The Prime Minister of Canada, Justin Trudeau, talked about the results of Mike Duffy’s trial on Friday following the signing of the Paris climate agreement. Trudeau said that the trial shows “a greater need for openness, transparency [and] accountability” and said he doesn’t “chat a lot with senators these days” when asked if he’d say “hi” to Duffy in the House of Commons.
