Ontario human rights tribunal deems miscarriage ‘a disability’

Tue, Apr 5: An interim decision by the province’s human rights tribunal could signal a change in the way miscarriage is treated under Ontario’s disability law. As Caryn Lieberman reports, women who’ve experienced the loss of a pregnancy say it would be a welcome change that would go a long way toward helping them heal.
