March 23, 2016
An official with the Manitoba RCMP said Chase Martens, 2, was last seen around 6:00 p.m. Tuesday afternoon by his parents playing outside his house. RCMP say they are "obviously concerned" about the type of clothing Martens is wearing since the weather is cold.
