Patient confidentiality contributed to Germanwings crash

Sun, Mar 13: A final report on the Germanwings crash has found that 41 doctors knew co-pilot Andreas Lubitz was mentally ill and was still an active pilot, but patient confidentiality laws kept them from alerting anyone. Mike Le Couteur reports.
