Feb 23: Halifax council approved a new policy today that will make it easier for residents to complain about speeding traffic on their streets. More importantly, it will make it easier for the municipality to do something about it. Rebecca Lau has more.

Feb 23: Halifax council approved a new policy today that will make it easier for residents to complain about speeding traffic on their streets. More importantly, it will make it easier for the municipality to do something about it. Rebecca Lau has more.
