Halifax Regional Municipality is looking to implement a new bylaw that changes the regulations for taxi operators and rideshare drivers. One rideshare company says the new regulations will negatively impact drivers. But a taxi company says they see the possible changes as a step in the right direction. Angela Capobianco reports.
