Sat, Feb 13: 66 dogs were recently taken from a Langley property, with the BC SPCA planning to recommend charges to crown counsel. Now we’re hearing from a woman who says she purchased a puppy from the same property — and had to put the dog down just weeks later. Nadia Stewart has the story.
