Mon, Feb 8: Quebec’s Environment Minister has ordered two Pointe-Claire sites to clean up their PCB contaminated land. As Global’s Paola Samuel reports, Reliance and Juste Investir have 10 days to confirm they received the notice and 30 days to submit a decontamination plan.
