Bill Cosby’s attorneys asking judge to throw out charges

Bill Cosby, 78, was in a Pennsylvania courtroom on Tuesday where his attorneys asked a judge to throw out the charges filed against the comedian. According to the Cosby’s attorneys, the sexual assault charges against the 78-year-old are the only ones filed against him. Kenneth Craig reports.
